Refund Policy

In keeping with our standards, purity and quality which are essential elements in our services and products. In the event you are not satisfied with a service or product, please contact us directly within 15  days of service or purchase. For retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment received within 15 days of purchase as long as the product was not altered, opened, destroyed, tags removed, or used. Certain products are not refundable like earrings, body jewelry, underwear/lingerie, food, beverages, or custom-made items. Services are not refundable, however, if there is an issue with the service we will make every effort to make it right, one remedy may be to issue a one time credit for the paid value of the service to be used within 30 days, unless 30 days is too soon to receive the service.
