When should I arrive for my appointment?
To begin your experience in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate the completion of your guest profile, if you haven't completed the required paperwork online.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least a 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given prior to cancellation, you will be subject to forfeiture of your 50% non-refundable deposit. There’s a 50% non-refundable deposit for all bookings.
